Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to post-launch optimization
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for seamless execution
- Define KPIs and track product performance through data-driven analytics
- Manage product budgets and resources efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in product development with 2+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English
