Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll accurately and punctually for 500+ employees
- Calculate and verify statutory deductions (BPJS, PPh 21, PPH 21)
- Manage employee data updates in HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Prepare payroll reports for management and tax authorities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for seamless operations
- Conduct periodic payroll audits for accuracy
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in payroll processing
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian payroll regulations and tax laws
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data confidentially
- Certification in payroll management (CPP or equivalent) preferred
