Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory tracking and documentation for outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with carriers to arrange timely pickups and deliveries
- Pack and label items according to safety regulations
- Process shipping documentation and customs forms
- Maintain accurate records in our logistics management system
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years in logistics/shipping operations preferred
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to handle packages up to 20kg
- Valid SIM and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of shipping regulations
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
