Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with clients' short-term and long-term objectives
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify investment opportunities across equities, bonds, and alternative assets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive financial guidance
- Present complex financial concepts clearly to diverse client audiences using visual aids and case studies
- Stay updated on regulatory changes (OJK guidelines) and product innovations in financial services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining ethical standards and client trust
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Finance, Economics, or Business with minimum GPA 3.2
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial advisory or wealth management roles
- Strong certification in CFA, FP, or relevant financial planning designation
- Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and economic indicators
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills
- Proficient in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, Wealthbox)
- Valid OJK certification as Penasihat Keuangan
