Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement distribution strategies across Java and Sumatra regions
- Coordinate with 3PL providers to optimize last-mile delivery routes
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations
- Analyze distribution KPIs (OTIF, TAT) and implement corrective actions
- Manage customs clearance documentation for cross-border shipments
- Lead weekly distribution planning meetings with sales and warehouse teams
- Implement cost reduction initiatives in transportation networks
- Conduct quarterly network performance audits
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years experience in distribution coordination within FMCG or e-commerce
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian transportation regulations and customs procedures
- Certified in Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ members
