Tanggung Jawab
- Design, document, and analyze end-to-end business processes using BPMN and flowcharting tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven optimization solutions
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams
- Implement process automation technologies (RPA, workflow engines) to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and industry best practices
- Develop KPI dashboards to monitor process performance and continuous improvement metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on process redesign initiatives
- Lead UAT cycles for new process implementations and system integrations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Business Process Analyst in tech-driven companies
- Expertise in BPMN, flowcharting, and process modeling methodologies
- Proficiency in process automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Proven experience with requirement gathering techniques (user stories, use cases)
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma is highly valued
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
